Are you looking for advanced, hands-on emergency response training opportunities specifically for Tribal Nations? The Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) has worked hard to develop both a resident and virtual training plan to support Indian Country in closing identified training gaps. The resident training plan 2022 Tribal Nations Training Week – Announcement (March 5-12, 2022) on the CDP campus in Anniston, AL and the virtual training plan 2022 Tribal Nations Training Week – Announcement (Virtual) (March 14 – April 7, 2022) are now available for enrollment. The resident training is a unique training opportunity that is completely funded for state, local, tribal and territorial emergency responders to include roundtrip airfare, meals, lodging, training and any equipment required during training. Feel free to enroll in just one training track for resident training using the promo code identified in the announcement. The virtual training plan will allow you to register for as many of the classes as you are available for. In all cases, please put the training that you are approved for on your calendar and remain committed to attend it. Your attendance is what allows us to continue to offer the opportunity. If you plan to attend the resident training, please take note of the vaccination requirement highlighted in the announcement.
