Partnering to Address Lead (Pb)

EPA works with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) and the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on projects to protect public health from environmental threats and hazards and strengthen environmental health systems across the country. EPA and our state partners work collaboratively in tackling priority environmental challenges facing the nation, including lead (Pb). Over the past year, ASTHO and ECOS hosted regional calls with state environmental and health agencies to discuss cross-agency lead coordination. This webinar will provide an overview of what was heard at the listening sessions – including overarching themes, state program highlights, and call outcomes – as well as plans to build upon this work in the coming year.
