EPA is initiating consultation and coordination with federally recognized Indian Tribes on the Draft FY 2022-2026 EPA Strategic Plan through November 12, 2021. The Draft Plan will be available at https://www.epa.gov/planandbudget/strategicplan and at http://www.regulations.gov beginning October 1, 2021. Please see Tribal Consultation Notification for more detailed information on the consultation and coordination process, including a plan for this action. Please note there will be two national conference calls for Tribes to discuss the Draft Plan with EPA on October 14 and October 28.
