An EPA training course for inspectors in relation to the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Facility Response Plan (FRP) rules is being opened to interested Tribal partners.

Fee: No registration fee. Attendees will need to cover travel and lodging costs.
Pre-requisite: Basic Inspector Training
The course will be taught by EPA staff from the Office of Emergency Management along with senior regional inspectors. Instructors will use a combination of lecture, case study examples, and interactive discussions to acquaint participants with the tools and resources available to assist them in inspecting facilities for compliance with rule requirements.
